High Tea

Do you have a special occasion coming up?

High Teas are the perfect excuse to get together with the ladies and celebrate in style and class! Baby Showers, weddings, functions, engagement parties and hens do’s! Any excuse will do. Sugar Plum comes to your private function and sets up a delightful spread of deliciousness. Sugar Plums Vintage Caravan “Myrtle” is also available for hire for your event to add something extra special! Myrtle can also be used as a prop for photos or just to create atmosphere. She comes with her own music or feel free to create a play list of your own to have playing whilst you relax and enjoy the party! *Additional costs are added for the use of Myrtle, please send an enquiry. All options for High Tea include fine bone china, cake tiers, buffet table if needed, wonderful local teas and cakes of course! Set up and clean up included, all that you need to provide is the tables/chairs although hiring through Sugar Plum may be an option. A minimum number of 10 guests are required for the use of Myrtle.

Per PersonCatering for groups up to 15-20* at $20 per person* includes freshly bakes scones with jam and cream, a baby cupcake each and a decedent chocolate truffle. You may also choose up to five pots of delicious local Red Sparrow Teas.

Sugar Plum Dessert BuffetVery Affordable

Per PersonCatering for groups 15 and up this is a better option for the larger groups for a more relaxed atmosphere. You may choose as many options as you would like from the menu provided. Costs are included on the menu. Sugar Plum sets up a dessert buffet table for your guests to help them selves, and if you would like Myrtle the vintage caravan comes along to serve beverages out of (tea, ice tea, organic sparkling waters etc.- please contact for prices on these). Prices Vary for this option so please contact me and we can go from there.

Per personCatering for groups up to 15-20* at $35 per person* includes a starter for your guests on arrival, five sweets, 5 savouries and as many delicious Red Sparrow Teas as one would like! Please see lists provided.


Sugar Plum can cater for more then 15-20 guests however prices will increase to allow for a Sugar Plum ‘helper’

If you would like to hire Myrtle for a private event but this event will take place in a public area (parks, reserves etc. that cant be hired privately) there will be an additional cost charged from the Local Council. Please contact Sugar Plum with where you have in mind, date and time etc. so we can find out the costing’s for you.

Bookings need to be made a month in advance and cancellation fees will occur.
